Ingredients
- 200ml coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Food for Health protein superseed booster
- 1 dessert spoon coconut flakes
- 1 whole banana
- 1 teaspoon of rice bran syrup
Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender and serve immediately
