Muesli Popsicles

Makes: 8 popsicles 


  • 1 cup Food for Health Blueberries, Vanilla & Teff Gourmet Protein Muesli
  • 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
  • 5 1/cups vanilla yoghurt
  • cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced


  1. Place muesli and rice-malt syrup in bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Divide muesli mixture between popsicle moulds.
  3. Press down firmly with end of spoon.
  4. Mix yoghurt, blueberries and kiwifruit in small bowl.
  5. Fill moulds with yoghurt mix.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks.
  7. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until hard.
