Gluten free Muesli parfait with berries and yoghurt

  Ingredients ½ cup of Food for Health gluten free Muesli 1 tablespoon of rice bran syrup 1 tablespoon of chia seeds ½ cup blueberries ½ cup strawberries ½ cup raspberries Directions Chop strawberries in half Mix gluten free muesli, chia seeds & rice bran syrup together in separate bowl Lay mixed fruit in bottom of jar. Top with a layer of yoghurt then the “muesli mix” on top. Finish off with another layer of yoghurt. Top with remaining berries. Enjoy
