Gluten free Muesli parfait with berries and yoghurt

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of Food for Health gluten free Muesli
  • 1 tablespoon of rice bran syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries


Directions

  1. Chop strawberries in half
  2. Mix gluten free muesli, chia seeds & rice bran syrup together in separate bowl
  3. Lay mixed fruit in bottom of jar.
  4. Top with a layer of yoghurt then the “muesli mix” on top.
  5. Finish off with another layer of yoghurt.
  6. Top with remaining berries.
