Gluten free Muesli parfait with berries and yoghurt
- ½ cup of Food for Health gluten free Muesli
- 1 tablespoon of rice bran syrup
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- Chop strawberries in half
- Mix gluten free muesli, chia seeds & rice bran syrup together in separate bowl
- Lay mixed fruit in bottom of jar.
- Top with a layer of yoghurt then the “muesli mix” on top.
- Finish off with another layer of yoghurt.
- Top with remaining berries.
