Raw Bounty Bites

  Ingredients 3 cups of desiccated coconut ¼ cup coconut water ½ cup coconut oil ½ cup rice malt syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste ½ cup cacao powder Directions Place all ingredients (save half the coconut to roll pieces later) into a bowl and mix well until all combined. Press into 20cm x 20cm size pieces. Roll the pieces in coconut. Place pieces on a lined baking tray. Place tray in the refrigerator for 1 hour Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan
