Raw Bounty Bites
- 3 cups of desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup rice malt syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- ½ cup cacao powder
- Place all ingredients (save half the coconut to roll pieces later) into a bowl and mix well until all combined.
- Press into 20cm x 20cm size pieces.
- Roll the pieces in coconut.
- Place pieces on a lined baking tray.
- Place tray in the refrigerator for 1 hour
