Raw Bounty Bites


Serves: 8-10 


  • 3 cups of desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ½ cup cacao powder


  1. Place all ingredients (save half the coconut to roll pieces later) into a bowl and mix well until all combined.
  2. Press into 20cm x 20cm size pieces.
  3. Roll the pieces in coconut.
  4. Place pieces on a lined baking tray.
  5. Place tray in the refrigerator for 1 hour

  1. Hi there, with the recipe for Raw Bounty Bites, do you add the 3 cups of desiccated coconut to the mixture or only use it for rolling the bites in at the end? Would love to know as they look divine and Im keen to make them!

      Hi Kim,
      Thank you for your message. If you include half of the coconut for in the recipe and save half of the coconut to roll the balls in.
