Corn flakes, rice bran syrup, puffed brown rice, puffed organic millet, sorghum, almonds, pepitas, rice bran oil, canola oil, natural flavour. All ingredients are GMO free.

This is one of my favourite creations and is designed for people on the run, or anyone who wants a tasty, preparation free snack (ok, you have to pull the wrapper off but that’s it!). Of course it’s an Australian made product that’s fructose friendly, free of gluten, wheat peanuts and dairy. To make it even healthier, it’s low GI and contains no added cane sugar. Better still, it comes with a big tick from the Coeliac Society of Australia.
