Apple Crumble Topping

The apple crumble topping in this recipe are a great source of fibre.

You can substitute apples for other stewed fruits, for example rhubarb, pear, berry.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup fibre cleanse
  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • 100g butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease pan with oil spray.
  2. Combine the oats, fibre cleanse muesli, plain flour and brown sugar in a large bowl and blend ingredients.
  3. Mix butter in your dry ingredients
  4. Add mixture to the top of the stewed apples (or other stewed fruits you have selected)
  5. Cook in oven until golden brown

Serves 4-6 people
