Apple Crumble Topping
The apple crumble topping in this recipe are a great source of fibre.You can substitute apples for other stewed fruits, for example rhubarb, pear, berry.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup fibre cleanse
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 100g butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease pan with oil spray.
- Combine the oats, fibre cleanse muesli, plain flour and brown sugar in a large bowl and blend ingredients.
- Mix butter in your dry ingredients
- Add mixture to the top of the stewed apples (or other stewed fruits you have selected)
- Cook in oven until golden brown
